In my career I've received numerous awards, served on boards for the AGC, WSDOT, University of Washington, and others, but the greatest honor that I have ever received was when the wife of one of our carpenters approached us at our Christmas meeting to say that for the first time in their married life he would come home all excited about what he'd done each day, and was truly excited to get up and go to work the next day. She said it was 'the greatest job that he'd ever had.' I know I feel that way, and I'm glad that we have the ability to convey that enthusiasm to others in our firm.
We have 200 percent support from Rhonda in regards to implementing any and all safety policies, training, and basically continuous improvement.
